You may dial 0 at any time for help. If you are calling from your own phone and have subscribed to Personal Secretary Plus: 1. Dial the MessageLink access number. 2. Enter your password 3. Press # 4. Follow the simple step-by-step voice instructions. MessageLink plays your messages one at a time telling you the day of the week and time the message was received. After listening to your messages, you may erase or store the message. ( We strongly recommend erasing all non-essential messages to prevent your mailbox from reaching it's capacity. This ensures your callers don't hear your mailbox is full. If you are a Personal Secretary subscriber or if you are calling from another phone: 1. Dial the MessageLink access number 2. Enter your mailbox number 3. Press # 4. Enter your personal password 5. Press # 6. Follow the step-by-step voice instructions To exit MessageLink press ** or simply hang up. How do I set up the Family Mailbox? If you have the Family Mailbox option, you can setup secondary mailboxes and create separate passwords for each one. Once the Family Mailbox is setup, the owner can change the password and record a new greeting at any time. If the secondary mailbox owner forgets his/her password, the main mailbox owner can change it using Family Mailbox setup. * To setup a Family Mailbox, first access the main mailbox using the main mailbox password. 1. Press 9 on the main menu to select mailbox setup 2. Press 9 to select other options 3. Press 2 to select Family Mailbox setup. 4. Follow the voice prompts for setting up the secondary mailbox. 5. When you have finished, simply hang up To set up the personl greeting and password for each individual Family Mailbox: 1. Dial the MessageLink access number and enter the temporary password for each individual Family Mailbox set up in step 3 above. 2. Press 9 to continue setup for the Family Mailbox. 3. Follow the voice prompts for changing your password, setting up your personal greeting and recording your name for identification. 4. Press * * to exit Messagelink or simply hang up. To listen to waiting messages, dial the MessageLink access number, MessageLink will automatically log you on to the system.
